Answer:
- Session 1: January 21 to January 30, 2026

3. How can candidates register for JEE Main 2026?

4. Do I need to fill out a separate application form for each session?
Answer: Yes, a separate application is required for each session.
5. If someone did not apply for Session 1, can they apply for Session 2?
Answer: Yes, they can apply when the Session 2 portal opens.
6. Is it mandatory to appear in only one session or can they appear in both?
Answer: It depends on the candidate’s choice. The best score will be considered if they appear in both.
7. Are calculators allowed in the exam?
Answer: No, no type of calculator is allowed.
8. What registration number should be entered in the qualification details?
Answer:
- For CBSE students—the number provided in the letter issued by CBSE.
- Other boards—registration/enrollment/roll number, etc.
9. Are DigiLocker documents valid?
Answer: Yes, DigiLocker documents can be uploaded.
10. Should 12th-grade improvement/reappear students choose “Passed” or “Appearing”?
Answer: Select the option “Passed.”
11. What is the minimum eligibility/age limit for JEE Main 2026?
