Finally, after a long wait, the NEET UG 2024 counselling schedule is announced. The MCC (Medical Counselling Committee) has released the counselling schedule NEET UG 2024 for All India Quota (15%)/ Deemed/Central Universities/ All AIIMS Institutes/ JIPMER (Puducherry & Karaikal).
As you all know, the NEET UG 2024 has been the subject of many controversies. Finally, after the Supreme Court decision, the ban on counselling has been removed, and the dates for NEET UG 2024 counselling have been announced.

Dates for Counselling Schedule NEET UG 2024
There will be a total of three rounds for the NEET UG 2024 counselling, along with the stray vacancy round. Second-Round Counselling Dates for NEET UG 2024
- Registration/Payment: 4th – 10th September 2024
- Choice Filling/Locking: 6th – 10th September 2024
- Seat Allotment Result: 11th September 2024
- Reporting/Joining: 14th 22nd September 2024
Third-Round Counselling Dates for NEET UG 2024
- Registration/Payment: 25th September – 2nd October 2024
- Choice Filling/Locking: 27th September – 2nd October 2024
- Seat Allotment Result: 3rd October 2024
- Reporting/Joining: 6th – 12th October 2024
Stray Vacancy Round Counselling Dates for NEET UG 2024
- Registration/Payment: 16th – 20th October 2024
- Choice Filling/Locking: 17th – 20th October 2024
- Seat Allotment Result: 21st October 2024
- Reporting/Joining: 24th – 30th October 2024
Well, these dates are for the All India Quota, where 15% of total MBBS Seats will be filled. The rest of the seats will be filled via the statewide counselling, and the dates for statewide counselling will be released separately. As of now, there is no update regarding the dates.
