Amid the Holi break, CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) has come with an important update regarding the 12th board exam. The update addressed the clash of the Hindi subject examination and the Holi celebration date.

Although, in most parts of India, Holi is going to be celebrated on 13 & 14th March 2025, there are some parts where Holi is dated on 15th March 2025. On the same date, CBSE 12th Class Hindi exam is scheduled. This clash between exam dates and Holi dates could be problematic for many aspirants. Hence, the CBSE gave students another chance to take the CBSE class 12th Hindi Exam.

Is the 12th CBSE Hindi 2025 Exam Postponed?
This notice can cause confusion about the postponement of the exam. So, let you know that the 12th CBSE Hindi 2025 exam has not been postponed. Only some candidates who cannot appear in the exam due to the Holi on the same date can miss the exam on 15th March. They will get another chance to take the CBSE 2025 12th Class Hindi exam on any other date.
However, students who are not celebrating Holi on 15th March and are able to appear in the exam on an earlier scheduled date can appear in the exam as scheduled.
Next Date For the CBSE 2025 Class 12th Hindi Exam
Currently, there is no certainty when the students will get the chance to appear in the exam, but Sanmay Bhardwaj, the CBSE Examination controller, said that we will announce the new date later.
The next date will probably be after all the examinations are done as per the released timetable.
Conclusion
In conclusion, the CBSE Board exams of classes 10th and 12th are ongoing. The 10th class exams will end on 18th March 2025, and the last exam of the 12th board is on 4th April 2025. In these two board class examinations, 44 lakh students will participate nationwide.
