JEE Mains 2025 Session-1 Paper Analysis: 29th Jan

The wait is over; the JEE Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) -2025 First Session exams have started. NTA (National Testing Agency) is conducting the JEE- 2025 Session-I exam on 22, 23, 24, 28, 29, and 30 January at 284 centers nationwide and 15 cities in 13 countries worldwide. If you want to appear for the JEE exam next year, this article and the series of analyzing the papers of all the shifts of the JEE (Main) 2025-Session-I paper will be important.

It was the third day of the examination, and both shifts were finished by 6:00 PM. Many candidates have come out, locking their future on the computer screen. In this article, we will get reviews of those candidates. How was the level of the exam? How many questions were asked subject-wise?  In this series, we will also compare last year’s JEE (Main) paper with this year’s paper to understand NTA’s pattern changes. This was the last paper for JEE (Main) for B.E/B.Tech aspirants. Shift 2 of the 29th January JEE Main 2025 exam Easy to Moderate. However, the Mathematics section was Difficult and Calculative like previous papers. Physics was moderate and chemistry was easy but conceptual.

As we all know, Today is the last day for JEE (Main) for B.E/B.Tech aspirants.  Shift 1 of the 29th January JEE Main 2025 exam was also Moderate. However, the Mathematics section was Difficult and Calculative like previous papers. Most of the questions asked were from Calculus, Coordinate Geometry, Algebra, and Trigonometry Vectors.   Physics was moderate, and Questions were asked about mechanics, thermodynamics and electromagnetism, Chemistry was easy. Overall paper of 29th Jan, Shift-1 of JEE (Main) 2025-1 was moderate.

28th January Shift-2 Paper Analysis of JEE (Main) 2025 Session-I

Shift 2 of the 28th January JEE Main 2025 exam was also Moderate. However, the Mathematics section was lengthy and calculative like previous papers. Most of the questions asked were from Calculus, Coordinate Geometry, Algebra, and Trigonometry Vectors. Physics was moderate, and Questions were asked about mechanics, thermodynamics and electromagnetism, Chemistry was easy. We can say the overall paper was moderate.

28th January Shift-1 Paper Analysis of JEE (Main) 2025 Session-I

Shift 1 of the 28th January JEE Main 2025 exam was Moderate. However, the Mathematics section was lengthy and calculative like previous papers. Physics was moderate but Chemistry was Easy. Overall we can say that the paper was moderate. Try to do more practice in mathematics. 

25th January Shift-1 Paper Analysis of JEE (Main) 2025 Session-I

Shift 1 of the 25th January JEE Main 2025 exam was tough. However, the Mathematics section was lengthy and calculative compared to the Physics and Chemistry subjects. Overall, we can say that the paper was moderately difficult.

Shift 2 of the 24th January JEE Main 2025 exam was easier than the first shift. However, the Mathematics section was on the harder side compared to the Physics and Chemistry subjects. Overall, we can say that the paper was moderately difficult. The detailed analysis will be updated as soon as possible.

When the faculty team of PCP talked to the aspirants after the first shift, it can be said that this JEE Main paper was a bit moderate. Maths, as always, is lengthy and calculative. Physics is moderate, but Chemistry is easy to moderate.

23rd January Shift-2 Paper Analysis of JEE (Main) 2025 Session-I

Overall, today’s second shift exam was moderate, where Physics was on the easier side, Chemistry was lengthy, and Maths was on the moderate to tough side. Coming to the most asked chapters in the individual subjects, the stats were like this: in physics, rotation, current electricity, and capacitance, in chemistry, there were more questions from the organic part than the physical.

23rd January Shift-I Paper Analysis of JEE (Main) 2025 Session-I

According to the latest trends coming from the aspirants about the first shift of 23rd January, Maths was a bit more difficult and calculative like yesterday, while Physics was a bit easier than yesterday in both the shifts, while Chemistry was easy.

22nd January Shift-2 Paper Analysis of JEE (Main) 2025 Session-I

The first day of the second shift was carrying the Maths hard with heavy weightage chapters, including Calculus, Coordinate Geometry, and Algebra chapter. On the other hand, Physics subject was moderate with wealthy chapters like Hyperbola, Ellipse, AP, etc. Talking about Chemistry, it was easy as the shift first, and the questions were equally distributed from Organic, Physical, and Inorganic chemistry.
