How to Choose Between JEE and NEET
How to Choose Between JEE and NEET

After class 10th, the biggest dilemma in students’ minds is whether to prepare for JEE or NEET. On the one hand, there is an opportunity to get a package of crores in the world’s top companies by studying engineering. On the other hand, there is a great option of becoming a doctor and researching the medical field. Both options are good, and many opportunities exist to pursue a career in both. But both are difficult and full of challenges. In this article, let us tell you about those factors so you can choose between JEE & NEET.

As JEE and NEET are based on different subjects and lead to different careers, it is important to know how to choose between JEE and NEET. Both exams allow you to get into well-known colleges, get respectable careers, and earn well for your future. But without knowing which path to go down, picking an exam might not go as smoothly as you think.

JEE and NEET are quite different from each other. While JEE tests your problem-solving capacity and analytical ability, NEET tests your concepts and the capacity to apply them. The most important role in choosing JEE and NEET is of your interest. If you like understanding machines and their mechanism and solving problems, then engineering is right for you after JEE. On the other hand, if you are interested in research in the medical field and know about diseases and the methods of curing them, you can prepare for NEET. Let us present a comparative description of the career and future of both options so that it helps you in choosing between JEE and NEET.

So, what do you need to know to choose between JEE and NEET? First things first, you should know about the two competitive exams. Both JEE and NEET are essential exams to get into most colleges, especially if you want to attend any medical or engineering college.

But just knowing about the two exams is not enough. You also need to know about the differences between the two exams. Additionally, knowing your own abilities and preferences will help you choose according to what you can and want to do in the future, allowing you to choose between JEE and NEET wisely.

Understanding JEE

Let’s come to the first main point. What is JEE? JEE, previously called IIT-JEE (Indian Institutes of Technology Joint Entrance Examination), is one of the most highly regarded exams in the country. It is one of the final obstacles to getting into some of the most respected and sought-after engineering colleges in India.

As an entrance exam for engineering colleges, JEE exam papers ask questions from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. You should also know that the exam is held in 2 phases. The first phase is JEE Mains, which allows you to enrol in NITs, IIITs, and other government engineering colleges. The second phase is JEE Advanced, where clearing the exam lands you a seat in the prestigious IITs. Meanwhile, JEE Mains has two sessions, the first in January and the second in April.

There are very limited seats in IITs, which makes it tough. Additionally, the number of applicants every year increases competition in JEE. However, overcoming this obstacle is highly worth it, as you get to enrol in an IIT and use the title of IITian.

The question papers themselves add to the difficulty of JEE. The exam papers are made by different IITs, which shows why clearing JEE Exams is a massive feat. Here, the results are not simple marks but a symbol of the student’s intellect.

Understanding NEET

What’s NEET? The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) is a competitive entrance exam that has become essential for getting enrolled into some of the top medical colleges for courses in MBBS. Although the NTA holds NEET to allow students to enrol in prestigious medical and dental institutes like AIIMS, government colleges also consider its scores for courses like BPT, BDS, BAMS, and BHMS.

As the NEET exam is for medical courses, the subjects that NEET question papers focus on are Physics, Chemistry and Biology. The NTA conducts it only once a year, which makes the NEET exam more competitive

Even if some prestigious colleges like IIT do not make the NEET question papers, they are still tricky, and you should make the most of your time to prepare for the exam.

Guide to Help How to Choose Between JEE and NEET

Now that you know about the individual exams and their differences, it’s time to learn the factors that should affect your decision.

Many things can influence your decision to choose between NEET and JEE. Although your parent’s wishes should be considered, you should not fall for peer pressure and follow these points to decide between JEE and NEET:

This point should be the most important of all. If you are interested in mathematics but are applying for NEET, that’s not your most intelligent decision. You should prepare and apply for the exam which aligns with your subject of interest, which is JEE.

If you like Biology and would love to learn more and work in the field, definitely pick NEET. Studying according to your academic interests will be much easier than going against what you like. Additionally, when you clear NEET, you will have many options for courses in the medical and dental fields.

The same goes for Mathematics and JEE. If you prefer maths, you should attempt JEE to get the chance to study a course that aligns with your interests. There are many options, so choose what you want and pick a career goal in that path. Speaking of Career Goals…

As you know now, NEET covers physics, chemistry and biology, emphasizing on life sciences. On the other hand, JEE covers physics, chemistry and mathematics, making the exam and related courses inclined towards engineering, mathematics and physical sciences.

So, if you wish to become a doctor—any kind of doctor (but not the psychologist kind)—NEET is your choice. You could become a surgeon, neurologist, dentist, or other doctor, depending on your specialisation.

On the other hand, if you plan to work towards one of many branches of engineering, or if you want to work in R&D for engineering and technology, then go for JEE instead. With access to courses like B.Tech, B.E. and B. Planning, you could choose a career in computer, electrical, mechanical, civil, or other fields according to your interests.

Think about where and how you want to be working in the future and what you love doing, and you will know which exam to choose between JEE and NEET.

Let’s say you aren’t particularly interested or are equally interested in both of the two subjects. So which exam should you choose, JEE or NEET? How about we look at an example:

Let’s assume Student 1st does not know how to choose between JEE and NEET. He needs to know which subject he enjoys more or what he wants to do in the future. So how should he choose? Here, the best decision would be to choose an exam according to what you can do best.

If Student 1 does better in Mathematics, he should take the JEE. This is because he is better in Maths, and attempting the JEE will give him the opportunity to choose a future according to his academic ability.

The same goes for Biology and NEET. If a student does not know what to choose and finds biology easier to perform well in, then attempting NEET will allow him to choose his career path based on what he can do best.

Knowing what you’re good at is another major point that can help set you on the right career path. Whether it’s the ease of studying for a subject or which subject you can score more on. If you can’t decide on a preferred subject, use these facts and results to help make a choice.

Knowing your interests, what you want to be in the future, and your vital subjects will all help you to decide between NEET and JEE. Even if you get conflicted over the choice due to one point, the other two will help ensure you make the right decision.

Conclusion

How to choose between NEET and JEE? A simple but tricky question, as it is a choice between just two options, but this one choice can also decide your entire future. To make it easy for yourself, know your interests. Know what you want to be in the future. Know what your strengths are.

But remember that if you are unsure even after these points, ask your parents and teachers for help. They will help you choose between the two exams to choose a future path.

NTA Exam Calendar 2025

Wait for the NTA exam calendar 2025 to peak as its launch is approaching. JEE, NEET, and CUET aspirants who will appear in the exams in the current academic session are waiting for the release of NTA Calendar 2025 to know the notification and exam dates for their exams. That is why we have got you this guide, where we will talk about the release date of the NTA Exam calendar and some other details.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) is one of the every-trending topics in visual media. But why? This organisation deals with all the most valued entrance exams in the undergraduate category, such as JEE and NEET. With precise planning, NTA introduces several new rules and regulations to conduct these exams smoothly. NTA Exam Calendar is one of the most groundbreaking decisions ever taken by NTA that changed the dynamic of exam planning in India. And here, we are going to learn all the interesting facts of the upcoming NTA exam Calendar 2025 in detail!

Unlike other organisations, NTA has to be careful with dates, as it conducts several exams in a year. We all know date clashes create unnecessary chaos that might affect young minds badly. That’s why the job of NTA is incomparable, as it needs to overcome several challenges to plan, schedule, and conduct these exams smoothly without mixing up dates. The introduction of the exam calendar has made this work easy for the agency for years. So, will the NTA Exam Calendar 2025 also contribute the same for next year’s NEET, JEE, and other exams? Let’s find out together here!

Brief on NTA Exam Calendar!

For the last couple of years, the NTA has been releasing an exam calendar for various exams that the NTA conducts. In this calendar, the NTA mentions exam dates and registration start dates for teams like JEE, NEET, CUET, etc. However, the calendar was not part of the NTA before 2020; it was introduced recently. This NTA exam calendar helps students to be updated with the exam date and the registration starting and ending date.

NTA Calendar 2025 Latest Update?

The NTA Exam Calendar 2025 will be launched very soon on the NTA’s official website. However, we haven’t seen an update on the upcoming NTA 2025 Calendar until now. Usually, the NTA doesn’t announce anything new about the coming year’s exams until the current season ends. We all know that NEET, JEE, and other exam counselling and seat allocation are still pending. So, we cannot expect an update about the NTA exam calendar 2025 now.

We must admit that ever since the NTA exam calendar entered the chat, all the exams saw systematic progress. So, we do not think that NTA will cancel this in the future, as it lowers their burden. So, it’s a NO; the NTA 2025 exam calendar will not be cancelled. However, we cannot confirm this because NTA might replace or follow another route to announce the dates. But for now, we do not have such information. So, till now, we can say the NTA will follow the exam calendar in 2025 as well.

If we look at the history of the NTA exam calendar, this initiative doesn’t exist until 2020. The NTA integrated the exam calendar to improve the data structure of every post-12th entrance exam conducted by the NTA. Besides, we can see that there are no date conflicts reported in case of any exam like NEET or JEE. This is why the exam calendar becomes quite important for NTA to maintain proper balance in managing all these exams.

Speaking of the NTA exam calendar 2025, it’s just a list of all the important dates of all the exams, including JEE 2025, NEET 2025, and more. Apart from the exam dates, the NTA also lists registration dates, admit card release dates, and more in the exam calendar. Besides, the students will also get all the important and updated information about the upcoming exam, including changes in certain regulations like criteria, fee structure, and more.

NTA Exam Calendar 2025 Date: Expected

As we told you earlier, the exam calendar has not received an official update from the NTA or any authorised person. However, we can conclude an expected date based on the calendar release dates of the last few years. You don’t need to do it, as we have already mentioned here the expected date. According to last year’s analysis, the NTA exam calendar 2025 will be released in the last remaining days of September of in the early days of October 2024. We can expect it on any date in the first week of October.

Please note that the exact dates may vary W.R.T the NTA’s decisions.

Best Offline Test Series for NEET 2025

Conclusion

In conclusion, the NTA releases the exam calendar for the year 2025 after proper research. The NTA has to cross-check the public holidays, public events, or any other important that must not be crashed with any dates. Well, this process might take more time than it did in previous years. After all, we cannot predict what the exam calendar plans by NTA for 2025.

Speaking of changes and modification rumours, we know that NTA always comes up with something new. So, we cannot confirm that the agency will follow the same pattern for releasing the NTA Calendar 2025. So, all we have to do is wait until the 2024-25 exam season ends so that the NTA can give us the exact details of the upcoming season. Until then, stick with your preparation calendar, which is more important than the NTA exam calendar 2025, as your prep decides your final score.

Class 11 –

  1. Hydrogen-  You may see 1 question from Isotopes of Hydrogen or Hydrogen Bonding topics in very rare cases.
  2. Environmental Chemistry- There is no scope of complexity in this chapter. Green Chemistry may cover 1 question only if the NTA decides.
  3. Redox Reactions- Comprises very fundamental topics like Oxidation-Reduction reactions, which may not be suitable to be featured in JEE Main or Advanced.

Class 12 –

  1. Polymers- Very basic topics. Focus on topics like polymer chemistry and its applications as a backup.
  2. Biomolecules- No scope even with theory-based questions but try to visit proteins and carbohydrate sections.

There are a few chapters in mathematics that carry lesser weightage in direct questions from JEE. However, the following chapters may help you with some tricky questions, as the makers of Mains and Advanced create complex papers with multiple concepts in a single question. So, you have to be proficient in the following chapters to crack the code of complexity in the JEE 2025 exams:

Class 11 –

  1. Mathematical Reasoning- This may not include direct questions but reasoning skills will help you with other tricky questions. So, practice all the Logical Connectives before the final exam. You can also expect 1 question in rare cases.
  2. Statistics- This topic is also rare in JEE Main. However, practicing the techniques of Central Tendency and Dispersion may help you with other tricky questions, especially in JEE Advanced.
  3. Trigonometric Equations- Very foundational, rare to find in JEE Main, and may be helpful in solving advanced trigonometric concepts in JEE Advanced.

Class 12 –

  1. Inverse Trigonometric Functions- Very rare to be found in both JEE Main and Advanced. But might help in solving advanced trigonometric questions, especially in JEE Advanced.
  2. Linear Programming- Very rare in Mains. You can see some LLP-related problems in JEE Advanced.

High Weightage Chapters for JEE Advanced

First of all, there is no fixed weightage for either JEE Main or Advanced. However, we made this list based on the previous papers. The syllabus of the JEE Main and JEE Advanced have been almost the same over the years. The weightage of the chapters will also be the same. However, the JEE Advanced paper usually navigates from one chapter to another in a single question itself. That is why, we listed every high and low weightage chapter above. So, for the Advanced exam, you need to focus on each and every chapter and topic we listed above. At last, the NTA doesn’t follow specific High Weightage chapters for JEE Advanced. But we can assure you that mastering the above topics will help you build a strong foundation with the required advanced problem-solving skills before moving into the reference books.

Conclusion

In conclusion, the reason why we include all the High & Low Weightage Chapters for JEE in this blog is that you can get a clear picture of what to read in one place. Also, remember that following only high-weightage chapters for JEE Mains 2025 is not enough, as the NTA doesn’t guarantee us anything about fixed high or JEE low weightage chapters. So, try to explore every little detail of the chapters we discussed here at sub-topic levels so that you can solve any type of advanced question in both JEE Main and JEE Advanced.

Is Offline Coaching Necessary for JEE

Is offline coaching necessary for JEE? This is the most common question that students often ask before choosing the coaching for their JEE preparation. Nevertheless, it’s a matter of concern that why are they asking this question, and we will talk about it. Also, we will deep dive into the answer of this question.

So, if you are an aspiring JEE aspirant struggling with the same question, stay tuned to this article. It will surely clear all your doubts and help you to reach a decision so that you can start your preparation to ace JEE.

Before you Start!

This is the beginning of a digital age for Indian academic culture. Online resources and platforms are gaining immense popularity, especially for exam preparation. Besides, many institutes are now offering online coaching for the most complex exams, like the Joint Entrance Examination. Online and offline coaching have created a lot of confusion, and that’s why students are asking whether offline coaching is necessary for JEE or not.

India started this method of interactive teaching and mentoring a few decades ago for IIT JEE. Even though the benefits of offline coaching are obvious, most people turn their heads towards online options, which offer convenience and flexibility. Besides, some students often question whether offline coaching is necessary for JEE, whether offline coaching is still relevant, and many more. So, let’s talk about all of that.

Why Offline Coaching is Necessary for JEE? Advantages

Over the years, offline coaching institutes have managed to provide a steady and structured learning environment with proper academic support. Offline systems prioritize classroom learning, which ensures discipline and regularity in study routines. Since JEE exams are highly popular and competitive, students will need experienced faculty members or subject matter experts who can provide an in-depth understanding of concepts. Offer personalized attention and guide students through their preparation journey.

Since the offline coaching culture has existed in India for decades, the system’s approach is quite sophisticated. Here are a few of the advantages that students can enjoy with offline coaching that no other coaching system can offer. Well, here are the reasons why offline coaching is necessary for JEE:

Interactive Learning: Offline coaching is the only way that can provide you with interactive learning. And for the preparation for exams like JEE, you can’t give your best until or unless you are not in the environment of interactive learning. The classroom system via offline coaching enhances peer-to-peer interactions as well. As you all know, the JEE is one of the toughest entrance exams in the world; it has a critical syllabus that can’t be aced without interaction. This process of discussing with one another aids in exchanging ideas, clarifying doubts, and learning new problem-solving techniques.

The Study Environment is Indeed: An exam like JEE is all about beating the competition. And beating the increasing competition in JEE is not possible without knowing how other students are doing in the exam, with whom you are going to compete. In offline coaching, you sit with thousands of other students, which lets you know about the competition. It will pressure you, but it is healthy for your preparation.

Better Exploration in Offline Coaching: Exploration is one of the reasons why offline coaching is necessary for JEE. In offline JEE Coachings, you study with your competitor to unlock multiple ways of how they loot the competition and what techniques they use. It will broaden your mind and let you prepare better for the JEE.

Doubt Counters: Doubt counters are the salient feature of good offline JEE coaching. Most offline coachings have all-subjects doubt counters, where you can go after the class and clear your subject doubts in one-to-one interaction with your subject teacher. It is one of the reasons why offline students perform better in JEE results.

Personal Guidance: On the other side, offline coaching centres offer personalized guidance and counselling to students from external faculty or special guests. The schools select experts from all subjects to help the students address their individual strengths, weaknesses, and learning requirements. These special classes from experts and previous toppers create a motivational environment that uplifts the candidates to practice and perform at their best.

Discipline and Time Management: Discipline can be the single answer to your question: is offline coaching necessary for JEE? Offline JEE coaching instils discipline with a proper schedule, timely practice sessions, and even some extra-curricular activities. Besides, the online environment develops time management skills in every individual. After all, offline coaching centres prepare and conduct exams in the same time slot, just like the JEE exams, to help students adapt to the final exam schedule. The structured study schedule helps students optimize their time and maintain a balance between academic and extracurricular activities.

Why Online Coaching is Not Necessary for JEE? Disadvantages

Even though offline coaching has many benefits, it comes with a few limitations that make a few groups of students think it might not be a good choice for them. One such disadvantage is the fixed schedule. Even though the proper schedule offers a disciplined learning environment, it may not be suitable for students with other commitments or those seeking flexibility in study hours. Since the online options are more flexible with video and audio learning options, students living in remote areas opt for flexible options compared to quality offline coaching institutes due to geographic constraints.

Another disadvantage of traditional offline coaching is that it can be expensive. Quality education with proper tuition, study material costs, and transportation or accommodation expenses sometimes costs more than flexible online coaching.

Is Offline Coaching Necessary for JEE? Final Verdict

Yes, offline coaching is necessary for JEE if you want to make sure your selection in a top engineering college. We claim this because you have fixed attempts in the JEE, and you can’t risk your aim by choosing online coaching. However, there are no written rules for offline coaching in India. But in this age of high competition in JEE, not many students can learn, practice, and test themselves on their own. In this case, offline coaching really acts as a necessity for a majority of candidates. Hence, we can simply say that offline coaching is necessary for a group of students who need external guidance to improve their skills to crack JEE.

First, the JEE Main and JEE Advanced are exams conducted by the Ministry of Education in association with NTA and IITs as entry passes for engineering in India. However, the authorities don’t impose any special rules for exam preparation. NCERT is the only source provided by the education authorities as a common reference for both board exams and JEE exams.

PCP Sikar JEE Advanced Result 2024

Participating in coaching is completely an individual decision. So, no education board has announced coaching as a crucial element in JEE preparation or participation. This implies both online and offline systems. However, many students wonder why offline coaching is compulsory because it has been followed by the majority over decades for JEE exams. But, No, offline coaching is not compulsory for IIT JEE.

In conclusion, offline coaching centres have many benefits but have a few cons that are mostly negotiable for a majority of students. But Is Offline Coaching Necessary for JEE in India compared to other options? The answer is subjective, but we can say that offline coaching is necessary for students who cannot tackle the growing competition on their own. Speaking of flexibility, exams like JEE nowadays require a lot of practice, and hence, the students need to come out of their comfort zone to succeed in IIT JEE.

Finally, we all know that the rise of online coaching culture has significantly impacted traditional offline coaching institutes. So, Is online coaching better than offline JEE coaching? The answer is No; even though online platforms offer convenience and accessibility, offline coaching institutes help students with a lot of personalized teaching support. Besides, if we compare the results of previous batches, we can understand the importance of offline coaching over online learning. So, in the end, all we need to understand is the coexistence of online and offline coaching models doesn’t mean one is better than the other. After all, the offline coaching in India will never get dethroned and continue to provide excellent results in the coming years as well! And that’s for sure!

Difference Between JEE Mains Session 1 and 2
Difference Between JEE Mains Session 1 and 2

We all know that there are two sessions of JEE Main exam every year. But do you know the difference between JEE Mains session 1 and 2? Probably not. It is because most of the aspirants think there is no difference. However, this is not the truth; there are some differences between JEE Mains session 1 vs session 2, including competition level, preparation time, exam handling pressure, etc.

Before reading this article, you should know one thing: technically, there is no difference between JEE Main session 1 and 3 apart from the exam dates. This one difference is the cause for many other differences that are not noticeable but matter a lot for an aspirant who wants to beat the increasing competition in JEE every year

This article will explore the points mentioned above and the other major differences in JEE Mains Session 1 vs Session 2. These JEE Mains session 1 and session 2 differences

can help you prepare and plan out your exam attempts.

JEE Mains Session 1 vs Session 2: Differences

As mentioned above, the JEE Mains session 1 vs session 2 aren’t easy to see. Students only realize that these differences are there after they take the exam, which doesn’t help them. This is why these differences have been gathered here for your benefit.

One thing to note before we get into the differences is NTA allows you to register for JEE Mains for both sessions together. In this case, your final scores will be taken from the session where you performed better. Because of this, most students prefer this safer option and register for both sessions. With that out of the way, here are the main differences between JEE Mains Session 1 and 2.

The first and most obvious difference between JEE Session 1 and 2 is the exam date. You might already know this; the 2 sessions are held a few months apart from each other, with board exams falling right in between. So what are the dates?

Session 1 is usually held between 23rd January and 1st February before the board exams start. Session 2 is usually held between 5th April and 13th April, right after the board exams end.

When comparing JEE Mains Session 1 vs Session 2, you might not realize this, but those who register and appear for JEE Mains Session 2 have an idea of what the cutoff marks will be.

You might think, “How is this possible?” This is because you can use the qualifying cutoff marks for Session 1 to predict the cutoff for Session 2. The information helps make your idea of the cutoff marks accurate enough to help your preparations.

Additionally, because of the gap between the two sessions, there is more than enough time for you to focus your studies according to the prediction.

Why bring up state of mind? This point has been brought up because of one reason. Almost all students will want extra time to prepare and study for important exams, and that is true wherever you go. But even if they don’t realize it, some students study and perform better when they have a shorter deadline.

Understanding whether you perform better under stress or with more time to study is important so that you can schedule your preparation efficiently.

Another point to mention here is exam preference. Some students will prefer to take the harder exams first to eliminate that worry as soon as possible. Meanwhile, other students will want to leave the tougher exams for last, as taking the easy exams will allow them to focus on the tough exams.

When it comes to preparations for JEE Mains, many students who took it in previous years said that Session 2 was easier because of their previous preparations for board exams. This is another important difference between JEE Session 1 and 2, as without proper preparation, getting good scores in JEE Mains is close to impossible.

The other reason they felt easier in session 2 was that they felt less stressed about the exam. Because the board exams had been completed by then, they were able to focus more efficiently on their JEE Mains attempt.

How is there a difference in competition? As Session 1 is held in January, most of the students appearing for it are freshers (first timers), giving you a fairer competition. By getting better competition, you could score well enough to be qualified. This helps to give you a headstart in your JEE Advanced preparations.

Session 2 has more repeaters and students who already appeared in Session 1, making it tough on the students who are appearing for JEE Mains for the first time. This leads to tougher competition in the exam, even if the preparation is done well.

JEE Mains Session 1 and Session 2 have another major difference. As students can use their attempts to get JEE Mains to appear in both sessions of a year, the two sessions take on different roles.

Session 1 becomes something like a mock test or like the pre-boards, where you can use the first attempt to learn what your mistakes are and work on them to improve your score. But here, you have the advantage that if you get a good score, you can use that and start your JEE Advanced preparation early.

Session 2 feels more like the main exam, where the second attempt is the main one, making it much more crucial to get good scores here if you didn’t in session 1. Even if it is more important, your preparation for the exam gets more direction, as mentioned above because you know your mistakes and your weak points. So you can use them to guide your studies and prepare for your main attempt to the best of your ability.

Apart from how difficult the exam appears to be for each student, there is a difference in the attempt itself for JEE Mains session 1 and session 2. What’s the difference?

When a student registers and appears for JEE Mains session 1, they don’t have the slightest idea of how difficult the exam paper is going to be. The only possible hint they could have is knowing which institute prepared the question paper. That is a hint, but not a good one to use during your preparations.

On the other hand, when preparing for the attempt in Session 2, you already have the clue you need. Whether you appeared for session 1, or someone you know appeared in it, you get to know the actual difficulty of the kinds of questions that will be on the paper, helping you prepare for it both mentally and academically.

Winning Approach for JEE Main Session 1 & Session 2

Now that you know some of the bigger differences between JEE Mains Session 1 and Session 2, let’s look at something to help your preparations for JEE Mains 2025 or further attempts. Here are some tips to help you prepare a winning approach for session 1 and session 2:

Tips for JEE Session 1

  • Because of the date for session 1, the first tip is to avoid any kind of procrastination. Be in an active mode to appear for Session 1 as the chances of securing a good score in it are higher because of the level of the competition.
  • Spend some time during your board preparation to solve the problems related to JEE Mains.
  • Use mock tests and previous year’s question papers for your advantage. Include them in your preparation, analyze common mistakes, and focus your preparation on improving them.

Tips for JEE Session 2

  • If you appeared for session 1 as well, use the information from your last attempt and scorecard to see where your preparation is lacking. You can use that as a crutch to move your preparation forward and focus your attention on the mistakes that cost you those precious few marks.
  • Don’t let any information go to waste. Use what you know about the cutoff and the difficulty to your advantage. It will help you know how tough the competition could be, giving direction to your preparation for the next session.
  • Just like before, use mock tests and previous year’s question papers to understand which topics you need to work on, what your common mistakes are, and how to fix them.

Conclusion

With 2 sessions that students can register for in JEE Mains, knowing the difference between JEE Session 1 and 2 is important. Even if you apply for one or both, if you know these differences, you can use them to your advantage by preparing according to the session.

Best JEE Coaching for Droppers

Cracking JEE without proper coaching is almost impossible, especially for droppers, given the current global competition for the exam. According to multiple sources, the Joint Entrance Exam will reach extreme proximities to be the most hard-to-crack exam in India, as the favouritism towards IITs and NITs is growing immensely. Joining the best coaching center is the best option for any dropper candidate to deal with such growing competition in the JEE in future. Hence, we bring you this blog to help you find the best educator who can provide the best JEE coaching for droppers.

Coaching culture for JEE is not a new thing in India. However, not many institutes in India focus on the dropper perspective. This is why most of the droppers prefer self-preparation. But is it enough? Well, the answer is No, because the majority of droppers need a professional hand to face the existing batches who foster better knowledge on the subject with proper coaching and curriculum. So, we decided to propose the best coaching for JEE droppers in the blog, so that they can compete for the exam fully prepared with all the modern problem problem-solving techniques. So, let’s get started.

Why Do Droppers Need to Join JEE Dropper Coaching?

First and foremost, there is no compulsion for anybody to join any sort of coaching for JEE in India. However, manifesting the whole process of preparation and self-testing for JEE is such a hectic task that might strain young minds. Speaking of strain, the pressure on dropper students is a lot more compared to the regulars.

This category of JEE aspirants might have already wasted a year with poor or unsatisfied results. Besides, they have to compete with the current batch of students who just graduated with PCM as core subjects. Since the droppers take a year off, the fundamental knowledge on the subject might be less compared to the regular batch students. This is where coaching helps the dropper candidates to become academically fit to compete against the regular batches.

Another reason why we recommend JEE Coaching for Droppers is the consistency issues. For self-taught students, planning the JEE preparation might always be fruitful. Besides, managing all three subjects on their own by following deadlines, topic-wise practice, and solving practice papers is not everyone’s cup of tea. After all, this will cause unnecessary disruptions and inconsistency in one’s JEE preparation. The coaching centres, on the other hand, follow a verified curriculum, timetables, study sessions, practice sessions, and regular mock tests. This will aid the droppers in achieving a stress-free experience at the end of the day.

Every best coaching for JEE droppers in India comes with a quintessential advantage i.e., advanced study material. We all know how JEE Main and JEE Advanced papers come with the most advanced yet trickiest questions. However, not many study materials we found on the market are usually advanced versions of the subjects and updated according to the latest syllabi.

Another reason why you need to choose the best JEE Coaching for Droppers in this competitive world is that self-taught students will not have great exposure to mentorship. However, a coaching center with the best teaching staff will surely help you with all the mentorship. After all, proper mentorship is well needed for any student to not only strengthen their subject knowledge but also help a lot with confidence to face the final exam.

How to Find The Best Coaching For JEE Droppers?

If you are a dropper and looking for the best option to restart with the best JEE Droppers Coaching, the options for you are very limited. Wondering why? Not many coachings in India care about the dropper’s preparation for JEE as the dropper applications are nowhere near to regular students. Besides, most of the coaches fail at dropper training, as they lack experience in preparing proper and separate timetables for dropper batches.

Well, the silver lining is dropper students are lucky because only premiere coschings in India offer proper JEEDropper Coaching. But were they all good? The answer is no. Droppers have to pick the coaching for their year-long JEE prep, as most of the coachings in India are not successful with dropper batches compared to regular batches. Here is how you can select the perfect JEE Dropper Coaching Partner:

Select the Proper City: Not every city in India offers the best coaching. So, if you are a dropper and looking for the best option, the first step is to select a city with the most dropper jee coaching. If you ask us, we recommend shortlisting cities like Sikar, which has nation-class coaching.

List and Visit All Coachings Accepting Dropper Batch: Second of all, try to visit every coaching you shortlisted in the city to evaluate all the factors like teaching style, study materials, and timetables.

Fee Structure: The major reason why most droppers avoid seeking coaching for Jee is the fee structure. Unfortunately, most companies in India, including Sikar, burden dropper candidates with high fees. So, we recommend looking for the most affordable yet best teaching coaching centre.

Testing Mechanism: Each coaching centre takes a different approach to conduct regular tests. However, not many coaching centres follow separate question papers for droppers. Most coaching centres usually prepare mock tests for droppers the same way they do for regular batches. However, it is important to select a coaching centre that focuses on a complete curriculum, including separate question papers.

Finally, all we say is, why not pick up the Best JEE Coaching for Droppers, PCP Sikar?

As soon as the notification was released, the Navy 10+2 Ttech entry application form 2025 was opened. Students who were waiting for the registration window can now register for the Indian Navy Btech entry scheme 2025.

If you are one of the students who were waiting for this notification for the Indian Navy Btech entry scheme 2025 batch and wanted to know about the form fill-up dates and cutoff, you are at the right place: here, we are going to talk about all such things. Make sure you stay until the end.

10+2 B.Tech. Entry Navy Jan 2025 Notification, Form Date, & Eligibility Criteria

The notification, which included all the details related to technical entry in the Indian Navy Btech entry scheme 2025 batch, was released earlier, on July 6, 2024, on the Indian Navy’s official website amid the ongoing date selection procedure of Army TES 52. The notification included the form fill-up date, eligibility criteria, and number of posts. So, let’s get all the details and talk about them one by one.

Btech Navy Entry 2025 Application Form: The online application for the Indian Navy Btech entry scheme 2025 started on July 6, 2024, and the 10+2 Btech entry Navy Jan 2025 last date is July 20, 2024. 10+2 Btech Entry Navy Eligibility 2025: Students must pass out in 12th with 70% in PCM (Physics, Chemistry, and Maths) and 50% in English subjects. Secondly, the students have appeared in the JEE Main exam. Last but not least, candidates must be born between 02 Jul 2005 and 01 Jan 2008.

Btech Navy Entry 2025 Vacancies: According to the released 10+2 Btech Entry Navy Jan 2025 Notification, there are 40 vacancies in the technical branch, of which a maximum of 8 seats are for women.

SSB Interview Centers and Time: In the released notification, the decided centres for the Btech Navy Entry 2025 Interview are Bangalore, Bhopal, Kolkata, and Visakhapatnam. And the SSB interviews will start from September 2024.

10+2 B.Tech. Entry Navy Jan 2025 Cutoff

Talking about the 10+2 B-tech Entry Navy Jan 2025 Cut-off, there is no official cutoff from Indian Navy. The Navy never releases it, nor will it do so this time. However, we can predict the cut-off according to the students who get calls for SSB interviews.

As you all know, students are called for SSB interviews according to their CRL rank in the JEE Main exam. So, every time students are called for an SSB interview, they are called according to the top rank of the JEE Main exam, and the top rank is the Indian Navy Btech entry cut-off of that year.

In the last attempt, the Indian Navy called 4 lakh students for the 10+2 B-tech Entry Navy Jan 2025 batch. This means that students in the top 4 lakh ranks were eligible for the Btech Navy Entry 2024.

Coming to the 10+2 B-tech Entry Navy Jan 2025 Cutoff; we are expecting that this time, the Indian Navy will call the top 4 Lakh candidates in JEE Main as the last attempt.

10+2 B.Tech. Entry Navy Selection Procedure

Candidates have to go through the SSB interview for the Btech Entry in the Navy. Yes, this is the only test that candidates have to attend and pass. However, the complete selection procedure includes filling application form, getting called for the SSB Interview, taking and passing the SSB Interview, and clearing the SSB cutoff in the merit list. Let’s understand the 10+2 Btech Entry Navy Selection Procedure in Detail.

1. Filling out the Online Application Form: Candidates must first complete the Btech Navy Entry online form from the Joni Indian Navy website.

2. Clear the Cutoff For SSB Interview Call: You will pass the second step if your JEE Main CRL Rank is under the board-decided rank criteria. If you fall within the rank, you will get a date selection form on your email ID for the SSB Interview.

3. Attend and Pass SSB Interview: The most important step is clearing the SSB interview of 5 days. You will have to attend and clear the SSB Interview to get Btech Entry in Navy.

4. Clear the Final Merit List: The final step is clearing the merit list released by the Indian Navy. After the SSB interview, the board decide a certain cutoff on the basis of candidates’ scores and vacancies for Indian Navy Btech Entry. If you clear that cut-off, you are finally selected.
