Will NEET UG 2025 Be Online

NEET UG 2025 will be in online mode! This rumour is spreading like fire in the forest. But is there any official source that confirms this rumour? No, there is no official news regarding changing the NEET UG 2025 exam mode from pen paper to online. However, the official notification for NEET 2025 has yet to be released, so we can expect this to be one of the important changes in NEET UG 2025.

As you know, NEET UG, the only entrance exam in India, has been conducted offline (pen-and-paper) so far. However, after the NEET 2024 paper leak and some irregularities, the possibility of changes in NEET UG increased. Among all the changes in NEET 2025, everyone validated the change in exam mode to avoid paper leaks and cheating. That is why everyone is asking, Will NEET UG 2025 be online?

We are here to unfold this claim as much as possible and try to know if NEET 2025 will be online or not. If you will appear in NEET in 2025 and want to know if there will be change in NEET UG 2025 exam mode or not, stay tuned with this article.

Where it Started

There has been a long-standing demand for a change in the NEET UG exam mode. However, after the suggestion of the K Radhakrishna committee, NTA and the government are taking it seriously, as the Education Minister also indicated that they should apply the suggested changes.

This is the preamble behind the rumours of changing the NEET UG exam mode. Nevertheless, this demand is now increasing day by day.

Will NEET UG 2025 be Online?

The NEET UG 2025 will most likely be in online mode. However, we don’t have any official source to claim this, but as per the Government’s attitude towards the NEET UG, the pen-and-paper mode will be eliminated.

In the upcoming notification for the NEET UG 2025, we can see the online exam mode instead of offline. However, the online mode has some challenges, making it difficult to conduct the exam online.

As we talked earlier, NEET UG is one of the most celebrated exams in India. Lakhs of aspirants participate in the exam, which is conducted in one day, as there is a single question paper for all the aspirants.

Now, because the exam is conducted in a day, it is next to impossible to manage around 25 lakh computers in one day. It will be the biggest challenge if NEET moves towards online mode.

The only solution to this problem is that the NEET exam should be conducted in multiple shifts and days like other online entrance exams, including JEE.

Other Changes Are in the LineUp

Apart from the NEET UG 2025 online mode, the K Radhakrishnan committee suggested many other changes to maintain the serenity of NEET. Some of these changes are:

  • Aspirants should have limited attempts for NEET UG.
  • NTA should have its exam centres.
  • There should be AI-enabled data security for face recognition during the exam.
  • The exam should be in multiple stages, like JEE.

A Last Few Words

Until the official announcement is made, the talk of NEET UG 2025 going offline is only about enrollment. This change has become a cause of curiosity for students and building. Now, see what new changes are coming in the upcoming notification. Continue preparing for NEET and stay connected for updates!

Now, because this is one of the important exams in India, its authority releases all the updates regarding the exam on its website. However, due to the maintenance work, no updates have been posted on the website. For this reason, we still haven’t received the exam dates for JEE Mains 2025.

All eyes are fixed on JEE’s official website to know the JEE’s exam schedule. Last year, NTA issued a notice on 14th September regarding the exam dates of JEE Main, but it has not been released this year. The reason for this is being told to be the website of JEE Main because these days, NTA has made a significant change in the website of JEE Main.

Educational experts of PCP Sikar said that the official website of the JEE Main Exam has been updated. The address of the official website of JEE Main, which was https://jeemain.nta.ac.in/, has now changed to https://jeemain.nta.nic.in/. NTA will release all the remaining updates on this address. However, from this address, NTA had said in a notice that candidates will get all the future updates of JEE Main on the websites www.nta.ac.in and jeemain.nta.nic.in.

NTA can Release JEE Main Exam 2025 Dates soon

After the website update, it is speculated that NTA can soon release the notification regarding the JEE Main Exam 2025. NTA is telling us the reason behind this delay is the change in the official website of JEE Main. Due to technical problems with the earlier website, it has been moved to the new address. After the website update, lakhs of aspirants preparing for JEE Main can soon be issued an update regarding the exam dates.

NTA Revised JEE Main Exam 2025 Pattern

Recently, NTA issued an official notification on the same address, i.e. jeemain.nic.in, informing about the major changes in the exam pattern of JEE Main Exam 2025. It was said that optional questions would be removed in section B of the paper. NTA had said that in section B of the paper, candidates will now get only five questions instead of 10, and it will be mandatory to answer all five questions.

NTA Released The New Exam Pattern of JEE Mains 2025

In its official notice, NTA (National Testing Agency) cited the COVID-19 pandemic as the reason behind the change in the pattern of JEE Main Exam 2025. It was told that optional questions were introduced in the exam to reduce the pressure on the candidates due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It started in 2021, and the same pattern continued till 2024. But this time, NTA said that they will change the JEE Main exam pattern to 2025 next year.

How to Choose Between JEE and NEET
How to Choose Between JEE and NEET

After class 10th, the biggest dilemma in students’ minds is whether to prepare for JEE or NEET. On the one hand, there is an opportunity to get a package of crores in the world’s top companies by studying engineering. On the other hand, there is a great option of becoming a doctor and researching the medical field. Both options are good, and many opportunities exist to pursue a career in both. But both are difficult and full of challenges. In this article, let us tell you about those factors so you can choose between JEE & NEET.

As JEE and NEET are based on different subjects and lead to different careers, it is important to know how to choose between JEE and NEET. Both exams allow you to get into well-known colleges, get respectable careers, and earn well for your future. But without knowing which path to go down, picking an exam might not go as smoothly as you think.

JEE and NEET are quite different from each other. While JEE tests your problem-solving capacity and analytical ability, NEET tests your concepts and the capacity to apply them. The most important role in choosing JEE and NEET is of your interest. If you like understanding machines and their mechanism and solving problems, then engineering is right for you after JEE. On the other hand, if you are interested in research in the medical field and know about diseases and the methods of curing them, you can prepare for NEET. Let us present a comparative description of the career and future of both options so that it helps you in choosing between JEE and NEET.

So, what do you need to know to choose between JEE and NEET? First things first, you should know about the two competitive exams. Both JEE and NEET are essential exams to get into most colleges, especially if you want to attend any medical or engineering college.

But just knowing about the two exams is not enough. You also need to know about the differences between the two exams. Additionally, knowing your own abilities and preferences will help you choose according to what you can and want to do in the future, allowing you to choose between JEE and NEET wisely.

Understanding JEE

Let’s come to the first main point. What is JEE? JEE, previously called IIT-JEE (Indian Institutes of Technology Joint Entrance Examination), is one of the most highly regarded exams in the country. It is one of the final obstacles to getting into some of the most respected and sought-after engineering colleges in India.

As an entrance exam for engineering colleges, JEE exam papers ask questions from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. You should also know that the exam is held in 2 phases. The first phase is JEE Mains, which allows you to enrol in NITs, IIITs, and other government engineering colleges. The second phase is JEE Advanced, where clearing the exam lands you a seat in the prestigious IITs. Meanwhile, JEE Mains has two sessions, the first in January and the second in April.

There are very limited seats in IITs, which makes it tough. Additionally, the number of applicants every year increases competition in JEE. However, overcoming this obstacle is highly worth it, as you get to enrol in an IIT and use the title of IITian.

The question papers themselves add to the difficulty of JEE. The exam papers are made by different IITs, which shows why clearing JEE Exams is a massive feat. Here, the results are not simple marks but a symbol of the student’s intellect.

Understanding NEET

What’s NEET? The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) is a competitive entrance exam that has become essential for getting enrolled into some of the top medical colleges for courses in MBBS. Although the NTA holds NEET to allow students to enrol in prestigious medical and dental institutes like AIIMS, government colleges also consider its scores for courses like BPT, BDS, BAMS, and BHMS.

As the NEET exam is for medical courses, the subjects that NEET question papers focus on are Physics, Chemistry and Biology. The NTA conducts it only once a year, which makes the NEET exam more competitive

Even if some prestigious colleges like IIT do not make the NEET question papers, they are still tricky, and you should make the most of your time to prepare for the exam.

Guide to Help How to Choose Between JEE and NEET

Now that you know about the individual exams and their differences, it’s time to learn the factors that should affect your decision.

Many things can influence your decision to choose between NEET and JEE. Although your parent’s wishes should be considered, you should not fall for peer pressure and follow these points to decide between JEE and NEET:

This point should be the most important of all. If you are interested in mathematics but are applying for NEET, that’s not your most intelligent decision. You should prepare and apply for the exam which aligns with your subject of interest, which is JEE.

If you like Biology and would love to learn more and work in the field, definitely pick NEET. Studying according to your academic interests will be much easier than going against what you like. Additionally, when you clear NEET, you will have many options for courses in the medical and dental fields.

The same goes for Mathematics and JEE. If you prefer maths, you should attempt JEE to get the chance to study a course that aligns with your interests. There are many options, so choose what you want and pick a career goal in that path. Speaking of Career Goals…

As you know now, NEET covers physics, chemistry and biology, emphasizing on life sciences. On the other hand, JEE covers physics, chemistry and mathematics, making the exam and related courses inclined towards engineering, mathematics and physical sciences.

So, if you wish to become a doctor—any kind of doctor (but not the psychologist kind)—NEET is your choice. You could become a surgeon, neurologist, dentist, or other doctor, depending on your specialisation.

On the other hand, if you plan to work towards one of many branches of engineering, or if you want to work in R&D for engineering and technology, then go for JEE instead. With access to courses like B.Tech, B.E. and B. Planning, you could choose a career in computer, electrical, mechanical, civil, or other fields according to your interests.

Think about where and how you want to be working in the future and what you love doing, and you will know which exam to choose between JEE and NEET.

Let’s say you aren’t particularly interested or are equally interested in both of the two subjects. So which exam should you choose, JEE or NEET? How about we look at an example:

Let’s assume Student 1st does not know how to choose between JEE and NEET. He needs to know which subject he enjoys more or what he wants to do in the future. So how should he choose? Here, the best decision would be to choose an exam according to what you can do best.

If Student 1 does better in Mathematics, he should take the JEE. This is because he is better in Maths, and attempting the JEE will give him the opportunity to choose a future according to his academic ability.

The same goes for Biology and NEET. If a student does not know what to choose and finds biology easier to perform well in, then attempting NEET will allow him to choose his career path based on what he can do best.

Knowing what you’re good at is another major point that can help set you on the right career path. Whether it’s the ease of studying for a subject or which subject you can score more on. If you can’t decide on a preferred subject, use these facts and results to help make a choice.

Knowing your interests, what you want to be in the future, and your vital subjects will all help you to decide between NEET and JEE. Even if you get conflicted over the choice due to one point, the other two will help ensure you make the right decision.

Conclusion

How to choose between NEET and JEE? A simple but tricky question, as it is a choice between just two options, but this one choice can also decide your entire future. To make it easy for yourself, know your interests. Know what you want to be in the future. Know what your strengths are.

But remember that if you are unsure even after these points, ask your parents and teachers for help. They will help you choose between the two exams to choose a future path.

NTA Exam Calendar 2025

Wait for the NTA exam calendar 2025 to peak as its launch is approaching. JEE, NEET, and CUET aspirants who will appear in the exams in the current academic session are waiting for the release of NTA Calendar 2025 to know the notification and exam dates for their exams. That is why we have got you this guide, where we will talk about the release date of the NTA Exam calendar and some other details.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) is one of the every-trending topics in visual media. But why? This organisation deals with all the most valued entrance exams in the undergraduate category, such as JEE and NEET. With precise planning, NTA introduces several new rules and regulations to conduct these exams smoothly. NTA Exam Calendar is one of the most groundbreaking decisions ever taken by NTA that changed the dynamic of exam planning in India. And here, we are going to learn all the interesting facts of the upcoming NTA exam Calendar 2025 in detail!

Unlike other organisations, NTA has to be careful with dates, as it conducts several exams in a year. We all know date clashes create unnecessary chaos that might affect young minds badly. That’s why the job of NTA is incomparable, as it needs to overcome several challenges to plan, schedule, and conduct these exams smoothly without mixing up dates. The introduction of the exam calendar has made this work easy for the agency for years. So, will the NTA Exam Calendar 2025 also contribute the same for next year’s NEET, JEE, and other exams? Let’s find out together here!

Brief on NTA Exam Calendar!

For the last couple of years, the NTA has been releasing an exam calendar for various exams that the NTA conducts. In this calendar, the NTA mentions exam dates and registration start dates for teams like JEE, NEET, CUET, etc. However, the calendar was not part of the NTA before 2020; it was introduced recently. This NTA exam calendar helps students to be updated with the exam date and the registration starting and ending date.

NTA Calendar 2025 Latest Update?

The NTA Exam Calendar 2025 will be launched very soon on the NTA’s official website. However, we haven’t seen an update on the upcoming NTA 2025 Calendar until now. Usually, the NTA doesn’t announce anything new about the coming year’s exams until the current season ends. We all know that NEET, JEE, and other exam counselling and seat allocation are still pending. So, we cannot expect an update about the NTA exam calendar 2025 now.

We must admit that ever since the NTA exam calendar entered the chat, all the exams saw systematic progress. So, we do not think that NTA will cancel this in the future, as it lowers their burden. So, it’s a NO; the NTA 2025 exam calendar will not be cancelled. However, we cannot confirm this because NTA might replace or follow another route to announce the dates. But for now, we do not have such information. So, till now, we can say the NTA will follow the exam calendar in 2025 as well.

If we look at the history of the NTA exam calendar, this initiative doesn’t exist until 2020. The NTA integrated the exam calendar to improve the data structure of every post-12th entrance exam conducted by the NTA. Besides, we can see that there are no date conflicts reported in case of any exam like NEET or JEE. This is why the exam calendar becomes quite important for NTA to maintain proper balance in managing all these exams.

Speaking of the NTA exam calendar 2025, it’s just a list of all the important dates of all the exams, including JEE 2025, NEET 2025, and more. Apart from the exam dates, the NTA also lists registration dates, admit card release dates, and more in the exam calendar. Besides, the students will also get all the important and updated information about the upcoming exam, including changes in certain regulations like criteria, fee structure, and more.

NTA Exam Calendar 2025 Date: Expected

As we told you earlier, the exam calendar has not received an official update from the NTA or any authorised person. However, we can conclude an expected date based on the calendar release dates of the last few years. You don’t need to do it, as we have already mentioned here the expected date. According to last year’s analysis, the NTA exam calendar 2025 will be released in the last remaining days of September of in the early days of October 2024. We can expect it on any date in the first week of October.

Please note that the exact dates may vary W.R.T the NTA’s decisions.

Conclusion

In conclusion, the NTA releases the exam calendar for the year 2025 after proper research. The NTA has to cross-check the public holidays, public events, or any other important that must not be crashed with any dates. Well, this process might take more time than it did in previous years. After all, we cannot predict what the exam calendar plans by NTA for 2025.

Speaking of changes and modification rumours, we know that NTA always comes up with something new. So, we cannot confirm that the agency will follow the same pattern for releasing the NTA Calendar 2025. So, all we have to do is wait until the 2024-25 exam season ends so that the NTA can give us the exact details of the upcoming season. Until then, stick with your preparation calendar, which is more important than the NTA exam calendar 2025, as your prep decides your final score.

Safe Score for NEET 2025

Scoring the highest mark in a highly competitive test like NEET is crucial. However, not many students can determine the minimum and maximum marks they need to get the desired MBBS college. To help such students, we are presenting this blog entirely focused on the expected safe score for NEET 2025. So, let’s dive in!

The ultimate score of NEET entirely depends on the student’s performance in the final exam hall. Aiming for the highest score from the early stages of preparation is quintessential, but how high should that number be? Well, there is no official mark you should aim for in the upcoming NEET UG 2025. However, we can give you a certain number based on our analysis of the past few year’s results. So, let’s get started with this detailed blog about the expected safe score for NEET 2025.

What is a Safe Score for NEET?

The safe score is the minimum score that students need to get in the NEET test to secure admission in private or public government colleges in India. The safe score of NEET changes every year, and NTA or BMC does not disclose any information about this particular score. The safe score also differs from person to person based on reservation status.

What is the difference Between the Safe and Cut-Off Score of NEET?

Most candidates are often confused about the safe score of NEET and the cut-off score. The major difference between the cut-off and safe score is that the cut-off is fixed by the NMC itself every year based on multiple stats. Meanwhile, the NTA or NMC doesn’t decide or disclose the safe score information, which is practically unofficial.

Cut-Off Score is the minimum number a student must achieve in the final NEET exam to be eligible for further processes like Counselling. Meanwhile, a safe score is a score that needs to be scored by a candidate to secure admission to the best colleges in India. Deciding a particular safe score for any college admission is challenging, even for NMC. Hence, unlike cut-off, which is pre-fixated by officials, you will never see them in official documents.

Will Supreme Court Change NEET 2024 Decision

We all are aware of all the controversies that happened with NEET UG 2024. But, after exploring all the agencies’ reports, the Supreme Court gave the final verdict. But now, the matter has taken a new turn as a review petition has been filed for the NEET UG 2024 final verdict. After the review petition, will Supreme Court Change NEET 2024 decision?

Well, no one can say what is going to happen after this NEET 2024 review petition. Will it be accepted or not? Will judges do a hearing, or will NEET 2024 decision be changed? We can just do the speculation and and keep an eye on the matter. So, if you are concerned about this matter and want to know if the Supreme Court will change the NEET UG 2024 decision or not, stay tuned with us. Nonetheless, let’s have a brief look at the controversies around NEET UG 2024.

Brief on All Controversies

The NEET UG 2024 exam was conducted on 5th May 2024. Around one month after the exam, on 4th June 2024, the final result of NEET UG 2024 was declared earlier than the announced date.

After the result was announced, aspirants started complaining nationwide, some with concerns about paper leaks, some with abnormal scores, and some with high AIRs.Many things happened during this period, but finally, the matter went to the Supreme Court.

After multiple hearings, the Supreme Court stated that the paper was not leaked on the mass level, so there was no point in conducting the exam again. The Court also ordered NTA to remove the bonus marks and re-release the final result

Review Petition Filed on NEET 2024

The final result of NEET UG 2024 was announced after the verdict. After some time, counselling for NEET UG 2024 was also started. Amid the counselling, someone filed a review petition on the Supreme Court’s final verdict for NEET UG 2024.

This NEET UG 2024 Review petition is filed to change the Supreme Court’s Decision on NEET 2024. This petition is filed by Kajal Agarwal just a few days back. Still, the petition has not been accepted by the court. Out of nowhere, we don’t know what the decision will be, but we can have an insight on our own. So, in the further part of the article, we will try to know will Supreme Court Change NEET 2024 decision and conduct the Re-NEET 2024.

Will Supreme Court Change NEET 2024 Decision?

After receiving the review petition, the Supreme Court stated the final verdict again and also added that the review committee had been extended to test the NTA’s integrity as an exam-conducting body. This extended committee, which has an ex-ISRO chairman as a member, is expected to submit its report by 23rd September 2024. After this report, the court will decide if the review petition is acceptable or not.

Well, talking about the chances of the Supreme Court changing its NEET 2024 decision, we don’t think the Supreme Court will change the decision because it has already been proved that the paper was not leaked on the mass level. Secondly, it’s too late now to change the decision because the counselling has already started. Moreover, in the history of the Supreme Court, there has rarely been any review petition that has changed the court’s decision, so we are expecting the same here. Still, stay updated with the official updates.
